Welcome to Zen Portable Massage! By booking a session, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

We offer on-site seated chair massage services for workplaces, events, and wellness programs.

All sessions are performed fully clothed in a massage chair — no table massage, oils, or disrobing.

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee or ineligibility for future demo sessions.

We understand that emergencies happen — please communicate as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Massage is generally safe and restorative.

However: It is not a replacement for medical treatment.

You must inform the therapist of any injuries, conditions, or contraindications.

We reserve the right to refuse service if there is a concern for safety or health.

All of our therapists are licensed, professional, and respectful.

In return, we expect clients and event attendees to maintain a safe and appropriate environment.

Harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.

By participating in a massage session, you agree to:

Release Zen Portable Massage and its team from any liability related to pre-existing conditions, injuries, or reactions.

Acknowledge that you are receiving massage voluntarily and are responsible for notifying us of any concerns.

A more detailed waiver may be required before your session.

All content on this site (text, photos, branding) is owned by Zen Portable Massage. Don’t use it without permission.
