What should I expect from the massage?
A seated chair massage is a short, convenient session designed to relieve tension in the upper body, including the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. You will remain fully clothed and sit in a specially designed chair that allows for easy access to these areas. Sessions typically last between 10 to 20 minutes. The therapist will use a combination of kneading and compression techniques to help reduce stress and muscle soreness.
What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
Deposits and cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the appointment will qualify for a 75% refund, while those made less than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. For events involving 5 or more therapists, a 10% non-refundable fee applies to any cancellation or change, regardless of the timing.
How much space is needed?
Only a small space is needed to set up for a seated chair massage. A 5′ x 6′ area is sufficient to accommodate the massage chair and allow the therapist enough room to move freely and provide a comfortable experience.
Do I remove my clothes?
Nope. This is a wear what you are comfortable in type of situation.
What does my office need to provide?
Nothing. Our therapists come prepared with everything that they need. Be sure to let them know if requests for aromatherapy or music exist. They can tailor their services to meet the needs of your office.
Do I need to tip the therapist?
Tipping is always appreciated but not required. If you feel the service was exceptional and want to show your appreciation, a typical tip for a seated chair massage ranges from 15% to 20%.
