Do I need to remove any clothing?

Nope! All of our sessions are performed fully clothed in a specially designed massage chair. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, but there is no need to undress at any time.

Is this a table massage? Do you do table massage?

No. Our sessions are done in a seated massage chair — no table, no oils. It’s quick, clean, and perfectly designed for offices and events. You’ll be relaxed, supported, and ready to return to your day refreshed.

How long is a session?

Most sessions are 10–20 minutes, depending on your event or program. They’re just long enough to feel amazing — without disrupting your schedule.

What areas of the body are worked on?

We typically focus on: Neck and shoulders Upper and lower back Arms and hands Scalp (optional) If you have an area you'd like us to avoid or give extra attention to, just let your therapist know before we begin.

Is this safe for everyone?

Seated massage is gentle and safe for most people. If you're experiencing: A recent injury Fever or illness Pregnancy (first trimester) Or a medical condition Please let us know in advance so we can adapt or reschedule if needed. Your comfort and safety come first.

Do you use oils or lotions?

No — we keep things clean and simple. Seated massage is performed without oils, lotions, or disrobing. You can return to your day without any mess or prep.

What if I’m shy or have never had a massage before?

Totally okay. 💛 Our goal is to create a judgment-free, calming experience. You’ll be guided through everything gently, and you can pause or stop at any time. You are always in control of your session.

Do you take individual appointments or just work at events?

Right now, we specialize in corporate wellness programs, on-site events, and conferences. Each therapist is able to book individual appointments at their own places of business.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes — life happens. You can reschedule or cancel your session easily using the links in your confirmation email. Please try to do so at least 1 hour in advance to avoid any gaps in our schedule.
